Now, I know I have been a bit of a stranger lately.  With all the Holidays interfering with my picture taking while I am cooking and such… I haven’t had time to blog about all the meals I have been making lately.  

Yesterday, I had a wonderful time making gingerbread men with my neighbors and my kids.  I followed the recipe from Brown Eyed Baker (see link) to the tee, therefore I felt it made no sense to bother with capturing my steps.

My only advice is buy a rolls of parchment paper at Costco and you will feel free to use it as much as needed during your Holiday cookie time. Also, do not forget your dough in the freezer!  I did twice and we had to wait for it to thaw before we could make more cookies.

Also, the timing worked perfectly for chewy cookies.  9 minutes exactly in my oven.  Happy Baking!
