Okay, I have honestly never liked gazpacho and I have tried all kinds, in fancy restaurants, at friend’s houses, you get my drift. I have always felt  it tasted like eating a bowl of salsa soup. But, I liked the sound of this recipe and thought I would give it a try. It was delicious but I could never eat a whole bowl with out the chicken and other stuff. 

Also, I added a hot chile pepper to my blender… I love spicy food!
