Day 4 – Menu

Breakfast – 2 hard boiled eggs, coffee with soy creamer

Snack – Smoothie: 5 strawberries, 6 cubes of frozen mango, ½ cup of blueberries, 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (rehydrated), 1 tsp. flax meal, ½ tsp. raw honey, ½ cup of 0% plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp. orange juice, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, 2 cups super greens (baby spinach, kale and swiss chard) and 1 cup of ice. This smoothie starts out tasting sweet and ends a bit green. You can add grapes, prunes or fresh dates to make it sweeter. I was able to make one big smoothie and two popsicles for later! Very refreshing!

Lunch – ¾ of an avocado on a bed of pea shoots with left over Mexican chicken and a cup of Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho. I have to say, I have decided that I still do not like Gazpacho very much and couldn’t eat all of my cup.

Dinner – 2 turkey hotdogs with mustard and relish (no bun) and homemade yogurt coleslaw
