Breakfast – soy latte, omelet with salsa, spinach and broccoli
Lunch – Super Green smoothie, handful of almonds, a peach. I was cleaning and didn’t want to stop to make a real lunch. I was starving by dinner! I don’t recommend this approach or you will not be able to help yourself from cheating at dinner.
Dinner – SkinnyLicious Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps and iced green tea at Cheesecake factory. It was Luke’s 12th Birthday and we celebrated in part, by going to the Apple store for a new iPod and dinner out. The toughest part was not missing out on cheesecake, it was not eating the bread at the table. I thought I was going to have to ask them to take it away. Then, the boys asked for another whole basket! Ugh!! At least my dinner was really tasty! I highly recommend their Skinny menu, lots of great stuff but honestly, not super filling!
Dessert – glass of wine and a one inch square of thin dark chocolate bark with salted almonds. My first real sugar in 9 days and it was heaven!
