Day 10 – Menu

Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and peaches

Lunch: lettuce wrapped turkey burger with 1 slice of bacon, bbq sauce and tomatoes, iced tea

Snack: Super Green smoothie popsicle

Dinner: Chopped garden salad with chopped chicken with light Red Wine Vinaigrette 

Dessert: glass of homemade peach sangria
