Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with local blueberries and peaches, coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: 2 Fish tacos (no tortillas) with extra veggie slaw and salsa, iced coffee
Snack: mini Frozen Lemonade – Dell’s of Rhode Island, a summer must! with a handful of almonds
Dinner: Turkey burger with 1 slice bacon, lettuce wrapped with tomato, ketchup and pickles.
Dessert: Camomile tea with raw honey
