Breakfast: 2 olive oil fried eggs, coffee with soy creamer
Lunch: 2 chicken lettuce wrapped tacos with salsa and guacamole
Snack: Large Super Green Mango smoothie
Dinner: Baked Cod on broccoli rabi, roasted tomatoes and mini potatoes in white wine and olive oil with a beautiful glass of Sauvignon Blanc on the outdoor patio at FISH in Jamestown. It was a perfect evening with friends and food to die for. I highly recommend it if you happen to be on the island!
