Day 16 – Menu

My company has left and the boys are in sailing. We have been eating out like crazy and it is nice to have a day at home. I have decided to clean out the refrigerator and that means leftovers. I actually loath eating leftovers normally but not today! I welcome the fact that I do not have to cook yet get to eat healthy, yummy food! 

Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with fruit, camomile tea.

Lunch: Leftover spaghetti squash with marinara sauce.

Dinner: Leftover three bean chili with 2 Tbsp. of guacamole.

Dessert: 8 oz. of leftover mango smoothie
