Breakfast: Homemade fig granola bar, coffee with soy creamer.
Snack: Dry Roasted Edamame, handful. Large sparkling water.
Lunch: Chicken salad with bacon, pepperoni and lettuce. Hibiscus iced tea.
Dinner: Tostada (50 calories for one!) with organic, fat free, refried beans, Mexican shredded chicken (defrosted, leftovers), black bean and corn salsa, hot sauce (Pico Pica brand) and a dollop of guacamole.
Dessert: Camomile tea, still having tummy issues.
Ab workout: I swear!! Tomorrow, I start!
