Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with strawberries and peaches, coffee with soy creamer.
Lunch: Taco salad – lettuce, corn and black bean salsa, ground beef, tomatoes and hot sauce! At a picnic with my brother’s family! I skipped the cheese and tortillas chips and was happily, healthy and full!
Snack: ½ cup of mint patty frozen yogurt at a great local ice cream shop in Andover, MA – Sarkisian Ice Cream Stand!
Dinner: Chicken burger wrapped in lettuce, mixed raw veggies with a nice cold local beer.
Ab workout: Well… ha ha ha… there is always tomorrow!
