17 Day Diet Recap!

It has been weeks since I last posted because my kids all started three different schools, I moved back to Virginia and I went to the beach, where there were to many wonderful things to eat to be restricted. As a result, I have been up and down, weight wise, but am strongly dedicated to eating the strict Phase 1, non-gluten diet for breakfast and lunch and not worrying about calories for dinner/dessert/cocktail hour.

I will check back on this issue in a month and see if I need to reassess my current strategy.
