Using leftover meat from my Machaca making day, I quickly shredded the beef, added two kinds of BBQ sauce, toasted some buns, piled it on and added some store bought coleslaw.
With a side of fruit, dinner was ready before my kids could complain they were hungry. It was awesome to have such a delicious dinner in 20 minutes and almost no cleanup. This also lends itself to eating at different times as everyone can make their own.
