Day 6 – Menu

Breakfast – Coffee with soy creamer, 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack – Super Greens smoothie

Lunch – Mixed veggies with hummus, Turkey club salad: Turkey, 1 slice bacon crumbled, celery, pea shoots and spring greens with yogurt Ranch

Dinner – Lettuce wrapped chicken burger with tomatoes, ketchup and light mayo, homemade coleslaw

Dessert – Glass of white wine
