Breakfast – 0% fat plain greek yogurt, strawberries, peaches, blueberries with ½ tsp. of raw honey, latte with soy milk
Snack – 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch – 6 chicken meatballs and a salad with yogurt ranch and hot chiles
Snack – 1 apricot, ice coffee with soy milk
Dinner – 2 lettuce leaf tacos with shredded chicken, Mexican slaw and hot sauce
Dessert – 0% fat plain greek yogurt, strawberries, peaches, blueberries with ½ tsp. of raw honey
