Day 2.3 – Achieve Menu

Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with mixed fruit and a sprinkle of granola, coffee with soy creamer.

Lunch: Egg salad with wheat thins.

Snack: Chocolate covered banana kabob at the local ice cream place, The Fruity Cow, Warren, RI. It is right on the bike path and a great place for smoothies and other treats!

Dinner: Hotdog and raw vegetables with hummus, glass of wine. We went to Joe’s sailing race team BBQ and celebrated his first year racing his own 420 boat. It was a lovely night and I even at half my hotdog bun!

Dessert: 1 peanut butter cup, oatmeal cookie. I made cookies for some guests arriving tomorrow. I just couldn’t pass up the chance of eating one. They are my favorite!

Ab workout: 30 sit-ups, 12 crunches, 12 leg lifts and 20 second plank. Getting harder!!
