Breakfast: Brie and mixed berries, whole wheat crepe, coffee with soy creamer and sparkling cider at a cute, crepe cafe, right on the waterfront in Warren, RI, called Cafe Water Street. Everything was delicious and we sat outside to enjoy the sun, breeze and the boats sailing by.
Lunch: Homemade egg salad on mixed greens and pea shoots.
Snack: Homemade Fig granola bar, iced coffee with soy milk.
Dinner: Spaghetti squash with chicken meatballs and marinara sauce.
Dessert: Hot tea with ½ tsp. raw honey.
Ab workout: Keep going! Rest day tomorrow! 25 sit-ups, 10 crunches, 10 leg lifts and 15 second plank.
