Day 16.2 – Accelerate Menu

Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with watermelon and blueberries, coffee with soy creamer.

Lunch: Bowl of chili, peach iced tea at a local Bristol restaurant on the harbor. I was able to watch my kids go by in their sailing class on the way to race around Hog island. Perfect windy day! Wish I was on the water too but lunch with my mom was a great second choice.

Snack: Piece of watermelon.

Dinner: Grilled chicken and mixed vegetable salad with fat free raspberry vinaigrette.

Dessert: Glass of white wine.

Ab workout: I am back on the floor and working my abs! 20 sit-ups, 8 crunches, 8 leg lifts and 15 second plank.
