Breakfast: Homemade Fig bar and Earl Gray tea with ½ tsp. raw honey.
Snack: White peach and grapes. Coffee with soy creamer.
Lunch: 5 Falafel balls with tzatziki yogurt dip and a small bowl of tomato basil soup at Whole Foods, while having lunch with my wonderful Aunt Barbara! Loved our time together!
Dinner: Leftover Ratatouille that I had frozen because I made the boys homemade spicy sausage lasagna! My gosh, my kitchen smelled like heaven. It was tough not having any lasagna but at least I didn’t have to make two separate meals. Luke has been requesting different dinners every day and it seems like I can’t say no so I am glad that I have some easy backups to help me resist the temptations around me. I suggest you make extra of healthy dinners and freeze them to be prepared for these emergency moments; they always happen!
Dessert: A Blue Moon beer with an orange wedge while watching a show called the 4400 on Netflix with the boys. We are addicted!
Ab Workout: I still didn’t feel up to doing my ab workout. I have decided to start over tomorrow so I have a sense of accomplishment and can ease back into doing it. I do not feel like I failed; I feel like life got in the way and now I am going to get back on track!
