Day 5.2 – Activate Menu

I bought these on the side of the road at a farm, not ½ a mile from my house. They have fields and fields of them and these were only $5.00 a bunch. So beautiful!

Breakfast: 0% plain Greek yogurt with strawberries and blueberries, 1 tsp. raw honey and 1/8 cup of granola.

Snack: 2 cups of iced coffee and a fig granola bar. (I hadn’t slept well last night so I took a long nap and missed lunch.)

Dinner: Small salad with vinaigrette and a bowl of chili with 6 tortilla chips.

Dessert: Glass of wine.

Ab workout: Not bad! I did it in front of a fan on full blast and my iPod on Pandora Latin Workout Music. 30 sit-ups, 12 crunches, 12 leg lifts and 20 plank.
